The Mor-Tech MK10X series AGVs are designed for demanding production applications. Applications such as chassis & battery marriage which formally required costly single purpose AGVs are easily handled. Ideal for large assembly operations, heavy towing and anywhere high capacity, maximum traction and maximum maneuverability is required. The MK10X series comes standard with external I/0 connections, ethernet and auxiliary power ports to handle trailer mounted lifts, conveyors, actuators, and other devices. With true 4-wheel drive and no casters these AGVs have unparalleled traction and pulling power, smooth reverse and crabbing movements without wiggle or caster lock. Floor conditions that cause problems for other AGVs are easily handled.

The MK10X-T20 utilizes the same capable all-wheel drive system as the T40 model but in a 2-wheel steer, forward only configuration. It provides a lower cost alternative in applications which don’t require sideways, reverse movements or the extra turning capability that independent 4-wheel steering provides. The MK10X-T40 includes all the features of the T20 but adds independent 4-wheel steering and up to 4 safety scanners allowing movement in any direction including sideways crabbing movements.
