Step 5: Aging and Waterproofing

The manufactured LED strips undergo an aging process to assess performance. They are powered on continuously for 12 hours to ensure seamless operation. Waterproofing is also applied, usually by covering the strip with silicone or plastic.

Step 6: Tape Pasting and Packaging

After passing quality control checks, a 3M tape is affixed to the back of the LED strips for easy installation. The final step includes packaging the strips before shipping them out to customers.
